AC in my car was broken, took it here (first time customer) against my better judgement. I had already told the woman on the phone that the freon wasn’t the issue, and that I already had a freon charge and it didn’t fix the issue. They then went on to charge the freon and told me everything was all good. My AC was broken the next morning again. Had a different mechanic look at my car and he was able to point out I needed a new compressor. The new mechanic turned my AC on and heard that the compressor was bad, and after further investigating it, the compressor was the issue. I called pitman auto to express my issue with the fact that I was billed for a service I didn’t need and asked for some sort of refund because I was frustrated. The dude I was speaking to then decided to make fun of the new mechanic (you know, the one who was able to correctly diagnose the issue), give me an attitude because I was an unsatisfied costumer due to his services, and then try to tell me to come back so he can fix my compressor… Anyways, I recommend anywhere BUT here.

Been using pitman auto for a few years. I've scheduled appointments and dropped off in a breakdown situation. Both times they've called same day and let me know what was going on with the car and when it would be done. They are reasonably priced and don't push the upsell on unnecessary repairs. Would recommend!

Called to see on Monday if they could work on my car. They said they could get to it Thursday. Thursday comes and now I've been pushed back until Monday and given no reason. Pretty unprofessional and a huge inconvienece
