Pure thieves! My car was towed here and they are closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. They charge you $100 CASH only for each day...not card...even on the days they're closed!!! It is sad that we live in a world where a place of business price gouges you in desperate times to make money off you. You want to charge 100 bucks a day? Dont charge on the days you're closed when people cant get their cars out! I cannot believe how terrible they are. I dont wish upon my worst enemy what they put me thru financially, but Karma is a real thing and eventually they will get what they deserve. Do not use these people...they are morally bankrupt and you do not want to do any business with the likes of these people. Also take a look at their reviews...they all say the same thing. Something is wrong if everyone is unhappy and complaining about these scam artists. I already reported them for their cash enterprise. Funny how the owner doesn't even have the courage and respect to respond to a single one of these reviews. Guess its hard work stealing peoples hard earned money.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an autobody/ mechanic. My car was towed here, not by my choice. They would not provide me with an estimate nor was I told about any fees when I asked, they said they would get back to me with that info and they never called me back. They would not be up front about what I owed ( I was told 4 different times they would call me back) After finally getting in contact with them I was told the estimate was conducted over 2 weeks ago and they never called me back plus they hit me with over 3k in storage fees after never getting back to me. The lack of transparency felt intentional and predatory. Completely unprofessional, AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I would give him negative rating if there was an option. This place is a rip off with the nastiest attitude. My friend’s car was stolen and recovered by NJ Police and was sent to this location. After paying them $950 to pick up the car he said to pay another $100 to bring the car out of the garage and didnt allow the tow truck driver to get it from inside the shop. This guy is a rip off, liar, cheater, rude and straight up nasty. I will also report him to BBB and all other authorities. I don't understand how places like this manage to stay in business with such nasty attitude and poor public dealing. Avoid this place at all cost.
