My 2011 BMW needs a new paint job due to failing clear coat. Otherwise, there are no structural or body panel issues. I was willing to pay out of pocket whatever price would be quoted to get it done. The advisor quickly looked at my car and simply said she won't agree to repainting it and suggested to take it to Maaco. I want a better paint job than Maaco's, which is why I went to Turnersville Collision Center, where I've had good experience in the past with my other car's body repairs and selective repainting. But now it looks like they lost me as a customer. My money will go elsewhere.

My experience with Turnersville Collision has alway been superb. I have unfortunately had two different BMWs in for repairs and they do a flawless job! They are BMW certified and the quality of their workmanship shows why. I would definitely recommend this shop for any BMW repairs.

There aren't enough stars to rate my experience! Lorraine provided concierge service throughout the process. I dropped my car off and a rental was waiting for me at Enterprise up the street (shout out to Williamstown Enterprise for also being awesome!). I received regular updates as my estimates were approved and work was being done. My brand new car was pretty banged up and when I picked it up, it looked like the day I got it from the dealership. I thought this was going to be a huge headache but it was seamless, efficient - I highly recommend Turnersville Collision - really great folks and quality work.
