Probably one of the worst experiences. I should have listened to the reviews but was suggested otherwise.. I asked them the reschedule since their tow truck driver missed the window of the 8 AM to 12 PM window. During this time,, i could not wait any longer due to doctor's appointment important for my health and mentioned so. The response I got was "oh, since you need that reschedule, it's either you wait for them to pick up the car or you can call them(the tower's) yourself. I'm sorry we do not have an ETA: whenever they come is whenever they come." Even though I asked them to reschedule, this is after trying to talk to them for a week to get an appointment and I finally had one. Whether it was texts or by phone call, they were very unreliable and manipulative of the situation

I have been calling and emailing this business for 3 days now and have not heard back from them. Not even for a quote or anything. After so much talk on their website about wanting to improve the environment and make getting rid off vehicles easy, they really kinda suck. Don't waist your time with them. Not worth it.
