Because the counter people are so helpful that it’s embarrassing. Not being much of a mechanic or even buying much of anything, I still get treated with respect, integrity and genuine helpfulness.

This store does not have a revolving door for their employees, I have dealt with the same three guys this entire time. They are friendly, professional and easy to work with and they get me the correct parts the first time. Tired of the chain store experience?
