They take their time to help everybody not like other dealerships that leave you on hold or delay your matter . They Always checking parts for me and expediting it efficiently. I had the best experience of my life with this Audi Brooklyn dealership overall, I’ve been to many Audi dealerships and there is nothing like Audi Brooklyn. I have been in this business for 40 years and one of theworst things to do is call for parts. The crew at Audi Brooklyn is a pleasure to deal with,especially Dan. He is calm,cool and gets it right. If we have trouble finding the correct part he will take the time to email or text a picture and won't just give up and send the wrong part.I always have to walk on egg shells when I call parts guys because they have historically been rude and rocky and try to make you feel stupid. Dan is a gentleman and is always helpful even if I call him 5 times about the same car. Hard to find guys like that in this industry. Thank you. Kevin @ 54th Street Auto Center
