Don't be misled by the 5 star reviews. I have been disappointed repeatedly after being extremely patient with this shop and giving many chances. First of all they make you wait endlessly even when you schedule ahead so they can make a quick buck on small repairs. Secondly they rush your car in and out to break several components and smashing things into place. Third you can count on endless return trips to fix what they broke or to just get your car in. Service has become awful. Don't forgive them and move on to another shop.

My family and I have brought our car to this shop, run by Nick and Eddie, for many years. I recently moved from East Meadow to Queens, but, even though it’s further now, I still come to this shop anytime I need work on my vehicle. Nick, Eddie, and their staff are the most knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and reasonable mechanics in New York. This is the only mechanic that I trust. Nick has gone out of his way to help me with even the smallest things for my car that any other mechanic would turn me away. They always go over every repair with me in a way that I can understand and I always leave feeling satisfied that my vehicle is in great hands and the work done is above the highest standards of auto repair.
