Worst service. Took the Subaru in for inspection and they deliberately overtorqued my drain plug for the engine oil. We hand tighten our drain plug and we went to check it and we can see it was tampered with by the service center. They have no business touching the drain plug during an inspection. They’re only suppose to inspect the oil through the dip stick. These people are a scam and attempt to do anything possible to extort money out of you. An independent mechanic checked the torque pressure with a tool and said it was deliberately overtorqued.
