From the initial sale to the ongoing maintenance, the staff at Bill Rapp is consistently fantastic! After returning home from vacation, I got into my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse, only to find that my car would not start. After further observation I realized I had no power at all. Luckily, my son's vehicle was at home so I could get to work. Upon arriving at work I called the service department at Bill Rapp. By the time I got home they were picking up my vehicle and had delivered me a a new 2026 Traverse for a loaner car. After a day and a half my car was fixed! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly from the young man who picked up the car, to the two gentleman in the service department who explained the problem and returned the keys to me! Anytime you are at Bill Rapp waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, you are always greeted by friendly faces and a hello! The sales staff are always courteous and fair and the ladies in the front office cannot be beat! Thank you to all of the amazing staff at Bill Rapp!

DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR EV HERE. SHOCKING SAFETY RISK. I am writing this to warn every customer, parent and EV driver about the dangerous and xenophobic treatment my wife and two-year-old son received at Bill Rapp Chevrolet in Ogdensburg NY. While driving our new Equinox EV, our battery dropped unexpectedly from 60% to 30%. My wife, alone with our toddler, pulled into this dealership expecting assistance and support. This which was the nearest GM-authorized facility. The Experience: * Refusal of Aid: An employee named Ollie flatly refused to help a mother and child in distress, stating, "We don't charge customers' cars." He actively turned away a vulnerable family in a failing vehicle. It was obvious that he didn't want to be bother to help. * Hate Speech/Xenophobia: While my wife was trying to figure out how to get our son home safely, he also told her to "Go back to Canada." This is disgusting, unprofessional, and a stain on the Chevrolet brand. * Management Failure: When I called to report this, the receptionist Sarah was dismissive and talked over me. General Manager, Brandon, when taking my call was uninterested, disengaged and make me feel like I was bothering him to report a safety issue. It is apparent that a culture of zero empathy and zero safety standards to thrive at this location. This isn't just "bad service"—this was a safety failure. They left a mother and a two-year-old stranded in a foreign country with a depleted battery and told them to "go back" to a place they didn't have enough power to reach. If you are a traveler or an EV owner, stay far away from here. Don't expect service or assistance. They do not care about your safety or your business.
