Customer reviews of United Auto Supply in Oneida Castle, NY
2.8 stars based on 9 reviews- LLesley “LesleyAnn” Gates
Called for pricing on parts for my vehicle. I was asked if I had an account. I say "no" . She then says unless you have an account pricing for parts must be made in store...WOW never have I ever heard this before when 2 min before I received pricing from Auto Zone without a problem or hesitation. What a way to do business!! My money definitely going to Auto Zone for their time, patience and wonderful customer service! Unbelievable pricing before buying was a usual thing so I thought! Very Disrespectful I feel judged, and prejudice about this situation. Smh

Terrible policies on warranty items, staff has their hands tied that want to help, other staff are very rude. Take your money down the road to a store that caters to DIY'ers.

Awesome customer service. Friendly and super helpful. Ran in there 15 minutes before closing. They were great.
