I was visiting friends in the area when I noticed my truck was leaking oil from the rear. I didn’t want to drive 3 hours back home without getting it fixed. I read the good reviews for Family Ties and decided to take my truck there. I was able to get a same day appointment. Cindy was very helpful and friendly. So was Randy. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it in under an hour. I thought I would be waiting several hours. The cost was very reasonable and definitely less than what I would have paid at home. If you are in the area and need auto repair go there.
