Had a great experience with exchanging batteries

Online it says open until 5:30, called for an Oil filter and oil at 4:56, employee notified me that they closed in 3 minutes. I told him I would make it there in 3 minutes, he said well now you have 2, I live just down the road I could have made it by 5:00. Being A small town business owner myself I would have waited the extra minute or 2 if I knew someone was on their way. I’m completely disgusted. I know this was A small purchase but I have made larger purchases in the past. This will be the last time going to Weedsport Napa. I guess I’ll make the longer trip to auburn for better customer service.
