Terrible experience! I arrived to get my belongings out of the car once being told it was totaled.<br><br>I walked up to my car being absolutely ransacked and a lot of my decorations missing or broken.<br><br>The manager of the place was so rude and nasty about the situation. He as very unempathetic and mean about the whole situation.<br><br>Im going through my claim adjustors to file a claim on damages and lost items.<br><br>I really want to emphasize how rude and arrogant the manager was to me. No remorse or compassion.<br><br>I'm going to stress the issue very hard to make sure I get compensated for my items and hopefully this review helps others in the future.<br><br>The young lady working the front desk was amazing, absolute angel. Thank you for helping me.<br><br>No one else could care less! Terrible experience...

Was helped by Becka, great customer service! She arranged unloading of my vehicle. Unloaders were also grea, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Based on bad reviews I thought it be a bad experience, but that was not the case with me. Thanks Becka for your help!

They prepare your car for auction without even waiting for you to approve the bid. Once you don't approve it and want your car back, they replace the battery with a dead one! Please, if you asked for your car back, it doesn't matter if they return it running! Check the battery and make sure it's the one you had before! My mistake cost me dearly!
