I've never had a bad experience here everybody is courteous and efficient. Just about every time I go if the back of my truck is full one of the workers in the back will ask if I need some help emptying the stuff out. The lady that works inside and checks the vehicle scale has never given me any issues and is always very nice and doesn't hassle me about asking questions, I've been to way too many recycling centers similar this back home where if you're trying to figure out their process or what they accept for recycling they get an attitude and roll their eyes because they think you should already know or something. KEEP IT UP YALL
