Terrible! rude service! Terrible prices!! STAY AWAY! The women who run the front desk and phones are super stand off ish and rude. They’re bad at explaining with transparency what you are even paying for. Very much like “here’s the bill if you want your car fixed pay for it” and if you try to ask questions they talk down to you, bully you in hopes you pay for something (specifically in my case) something you actually don’t need instead of helping you. They told me I needed to buy a new expensive battery, wait for it to come in and charge me to install, but until then they couldn’t even check my alternator. After they were super condescending toward me I took my vehicle to a better shop in Durham a friend recommended and they took real good care of me tested my battery and alternator and turns out my battery was 100% healthy and the alternator was the issue the whole time. Holly springs vehicle service would’ve charged me almost $600 before they even got to the real issue. Stay away! save your time and your money!

Came 30 minutes before closing, and they fixed a nail in my tire immediately and charged next to nothing! So friendly and honest.

Last auto shop I used needed my car the entire day to do an oil change and general inspection. No problems were found. HSVS provided the same service in less than an hour. Again, no problems were found. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and professional, the charge was reasonable, and I'll be back.
