We recently had damage to our roof on our Rv. We reached out to several repair professionals and wasquoted very high pricing. They also refuses to come out to access the damage. Ron from Kitrell Rv Came out the same week we reached out accessed the damage and gave me several options for repair. Communication was great through out the process. He's very knowledgable and did exactly what he said he would do and did the work on time. He also made accommodations to help me get my RV to him making himself available during times he is usually closed. They did a great job and now my family can enjoy our camper for more years to come and it was all done with in a fair price and with great customer service. It was a pleasure to meet such a honest down to earth business owner that keeps his word and does great work without gouging people.
