I had to transfer a commercial account over to the new company entity. Adam Shinn was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process. He assisted me over the phone and over email. Once the account was transferred over the phone, he sent me an email so I could register the new account on their online portal and set it up to auto pay. He then followed up a few days later asking how the service was going. I am working on a large project and so I have a lot to compare with and he's just a top notch customer service rep. Excellent service!
