Customer reviews of Southern Metals Recycling Inc in Wilmington, NC
4.6 stars based on 103 reviews- CChristie N
The guys in the warehouse were nice and helpful. The young man inside was polite and kind to help me use the $$machine, I had not been there before. The other white guy inside... should not be making jokes when a customer comes inside- rude!

I visited Saturday to take a load I had and was met immediately with courteous and helpful staff. The staff did a great job explaining things to me, sorting the different material and unloading my truck in no time. Thank you for a great experience and look forward to doing more business with y’all!!!

The gentlemen handling my business in the garage are ALWAYS polite, professional, and willing to educate about the various categories and qualifications, for lack of better words. EXCELLENT experience, with everyone, from the scale house to the equipment operators, every time we do business there.
