TERRIBLE TO NOT GO HERE!!! Charged $470 to pick up my car that’s only been there overnight. The people that work there are shady and take cash only. Wouldn’t show proof of the charges because almost $500 for a tow is absolutely ridiculous.

After having my daughter’s car diagnosed somewhere else, needed a new catalytic converter cut and welded back on. Sanford Muffler said they could take care of that for us. After them having the car for almost a week, He argued with us saying he needed a light on the dash to be able to do anything. What? I’m willing to pay you for a job and you refuse to do such job. We will spend our money elsewhere. When I went to pick up the car, he was rude and spoke over me and would not listen to ANYTHING I had to say, basically tossing the keys at me and told me to drive the car until the light came on. There is no light to come in for the catalytic converter. Guess this nasty place doesn’t need the business. We will take our business and money elsewhere. Completely incompetent, period. As a business owner myself, this place is very very unprofessional, period. Also, he never gave me a written estimate as I was told I would get. His verbal estimate for the part alone was $650+. Funny how I found the same part for $200. I absolutely DO NOT recommend!
