I would give zero stars if I could!! The final time I came up here was to get my battery replaced. They were pissed off because my battery was still covered under the 3 year warranty. Mechanic attempted to run a scanner with no check engine light on, did something under my hood and now I have a code. They then told me it wasn’t my battery but a dealer issue. I start heading to the dealer and my car dies in the middle of UNIVERSITY PARKWAY in 97 degree weather WITH MY CHILD!! Called and they had no care in the world. Got towed to the dealer. Had to wait 3 days with no vehicle, lost 3 days of work and you know what the issue was? My battery. I wish I could say this is the first time they’ve done some funky shit but it’s not. But all that money lost for no reason and intentionally putting me in harms way with a stalled car in on a busy road with high speed should cost you your business.
