1 star because I actually got the part I needed and another star for Mr. Daniel who took his time to help. Customer service in the beginning started off with a rep name Mark who was agitated because I didn't have that long as part number on their site to provide as if he couldn't look it up like I had to and was very sarcastic, intagonizing, no order number just link to pay for it. Called that following Monday to verify pick up and was hung up on cuz I didn't have order number and when finally speaking with Eric he let me know it's difficult to find stuff w/o order number and although I'm a fenix customer, he got his own customers to help and can't spend hours on the phone helping everybody else customers, transferred call and it hung up. Just went in person thinking to just get my money back or dispute with my bank but Daniel took my digital receipt showed me order # for future business purposes and loaded my door up all with a smile and happy to help attitude. Mark and Eric I pray those two find peace and stay blessed. Thanks Daniel. ps better have that order number if Daniel ain't there because it's like getting NO service w/o it.

What a terrible customer service. Good quality in parts, a lot of models, everything is ok, except when you really need their help. They can loos your parts, then will hang up the phone every time you call.
