Boo this company, BOO... This company bills ahead which is fine to start the service; after you're in for a late payment rendezvous. (You can negotiate out of the late fees and ask for a prorate for the months they don't pickup or do what I'm currently doing and take your business to a smaller local company). If you don't pay ahead, they'll STOP picking up the trash AND CHARGE YOU LATE FEES; then you have to call up the nice phone lady and respectfully explain the situation which she has heard 50,000 times (this month). Maybe I should just go to your office and dump the trash myself and see how you like my late fee, watch you pick up trash off of your property; like I have to do mine. Respectfully...

We moved to Ohio Valley when they purchased Conrad’s waste. While they’ve only missed on time pickup once. I had family that had their service and they’ve stated multiple weeks in a row trash was not picked up. I am not a fan of this new company/owners. I’ve attempted multiple times to call customer service, including in writing I’m asked to just login and pay a bill but there is no line item to show what I’m actually paying for, service dates what’s included in that service. There is no further help online. So what am I paying for? I used to have 2 can service with Conrad’s I want to make an adjustment to my services but I can’t get a call back or email follow up after a one way black hole into their online customer service. If you’re looking to change trash service I do not recommend coming to Ohio Valley. Don’t waste your time!

The worst experience and trash company... Multiple missed pick ups. Long wait times when calling . The people are polite & nice when you call HOWEVER, nothing is followed up on. I canceled in February and im still being billed. I was told they'd come pick up our old barrels from them weeks ago- still no 1 has. We will have to take them ourselves. Terrible company. We use Zehners now and have no issues.
