Update 1/26/26: On top of all that, tonight—on one of the coldest nights of the year—I hit a pothole and blew a tire. I had a spare, but my jack wouldn’t lift the car high enough, and roadside assistance refused to take me anywhere except the dealer. Out of options, I called the owner, and without hesitation he drove about 10 minutes to meet me in the freezing cold and personally helped me change the tire. That kind of kindness, integrity, and commitment goes far beyond normal customer service. It’s rare to find a business owner who truly cares about people, not just repairs. I can’t thank him enough, and this experience cemented my trust and loyalty for life. My initial review from 12/12/25: I had an excellent experience with Berea Tire and Auto Repair. I brought in two of my cars at the same time, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally. Their pricing was excellent—better than anyone else I checked, with no surprises at all. They were very responsive, took the time to answer all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. Most importantly, they did exactly what they promised, on time and at the agreed price. It’s refreshing to find an honest, reliable shop that delivers great work and outstanding customer service. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Berea Tire and Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

I went here to get my tires changed and had such a great experience. The team was warm and welcoming from the beginning and got me in and out quickly. The service I received was efficient and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I need a tire fixed quick.took my tire there with no appt. The guy was nice enough to fix it for me while he was taking care of two customers before me. This is my second time there. They give top notch service! I highly recommend them. If I could give them ten stars, I would.
