Decided to take my vehicle here after someone backed into it. They did a decent job on the work the insurance paid for except for the bumper not lining up. When I went to pick it up the first time the bumper didnt line up with the fender. I paid $1,500 out of my pocket to have driver side fender rust repaired, painted and blended onto the front door. The guy who did the estimate said all the rock chips on the bottom of the driver's door would be fixed when they blend onto the door. I go to get it the first time and they literally just painted over all the chips instead of fixing them. They kept it 2 more days and fixed the chips in the bottom of the door and lined the front bumper up properly. I was told they won't warranty the fender because there guy sanded through it when doing repairs. I will attach pictures of their idea of a finished rust repaired fender also the blended door where they just cleared over damaged clear coat. I understand not every job goes perfect. This was just my experience with them.

Prompt service. Quality job done. I was very pleased with them all around. The hands down best part of this experience with them was the updates on their progress, I was contacted by the shop fairly regular over the course of a month. Truly amazing customer/company interactions. I would also like to thank the detailer! I had hit a deer and the tow was so fast I was only able to take the needed items from the cab. The detailer organized and separated, ratchet straps, work gloves, work wear and a fair amount of just crap into sorted piles, and still had the drive to do a great job. Thank you!

I was unfortunate enough to have back to back rear end damage claims that brought me to D&S. TWICE in a 3 month span! I’ve known of them 40+ years but never like I know them now. Jessica is the person I talked to most, she is great at what she does! And the people in the shop in Chardon did a fantastic job both times! Very professional and very timely repairs!
