Very nice guys! Mine and my fiances truck was sent there and it couldn't of been sent to a better place! They was always nice on the phone and in person. They was also willing to work with us on payments. They also had the truck fixed very fast. Couldn't recommend more. very down to earth guys!

We chose Rice Auto Body after an insurance claim. Unfortunately, our damage was too extensive and our vehicle was totaled out. But, I just had to speak to the wonderful customer service! I spoke to someone three times on the phone and they were nothing short of kind, friendly, helpful, and supportive! Best customer service I’ve seen when it comes to mechanics and auto body shops— and in general in awhile!

The owner is so nice and has excellent customer service. I found him through my insurance after an accident that wrecked my car. He went above and beyond to help us with our car. The car looks brand new, can’t even tell it had been damaged. I can’t say enough praises about him. He is the best and have a great auto body repair shop. If anyone needs body work or repairs done go to him.
