Website charges were not clear. $500 for a 20 yard dumpster with an additional $380 for pickup. Service was great, prices were not.

I was scolded like a child not once, but twice! Once because my container was not in the exact spot facing the exact position by the street. The second time, I was charged $5 because a bag was "peaking" out of the container and did not shut all the way. Then!!! They charged me $75 for cancelling service and picking up their container! Plus I was on hold for over 30+ minutes waiting to talk to someone to cancel my service!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! I went back to a local company, and you know what....they answered the phone in 2 rings! Waste Management you are terrible.

Not allowing extra trash to be put outside of bin on occasion is ridiculous. Getting a warning for having the trash IN my bin but the lid was open is also ridiculous.
