First of all, I was a new customer to Port Clinton Auto Repair but was in need of a rather quick oil change an tire rotation. I used the online appointment feature for this. I received feed back and a phone call within hrs of doing so. I spoke with the owner wife, Lisa, an she was extremely nice and accommodating to help me. We actually chatted for quite awhile. Was able to get an appointment the next day. Now, keep in mind we had just had this major snow storm that day she had no employees as it was a level #3. My appointment was for 9:00 am on Wednesday. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jessica the front desk lady. She was the most pleasant an up beat person an willing to make my appointment as pleasant as possible. As I waited on waiting room there was coffee available and I was offered a courtesy ride back home! She constantly keep me updated on my service. I received a text message with a quote for my services needed which I could reject, accept or discuss with them before the work was performed. I also received an email with pictures of the inspection of the entire car. They checked everything thru out! As I got into my car, I noticed a "thank you" tag on my rear view mirror along with a business card of the mechanic that performed the service! And.....not to mention the bag of complimentary popcorn on the center console!! Oh, an did i mention i also got a $30 discount as i missplaced the coupon received in the mail. You better believe i just found a new car repair that I will use from hear on out!! No more going across the bridge to service. There service impeccable!! I would HIGHLY recommend Port Clinton Auto Repair for your auto repair needs!! Thank you for a great first time experience!!

Port Clinton Auto Repair has the friendliest service in the area. From Annabelle, the receptionist, to the service technicians, to the owners, Kim and Lisa, having your car fixed there is like getting together with family. They did an excellent job of repairing the front disc brakes on my 1967 Lincoln Continental convertible after they had locked up on me on Hwy 163. They also they gave it the loving care it needs by putting inside their garage each night when it wasn’t being worked on.
