Our first experience @ Perrysburg Automall! First things first, just ask for Matthew Ovens! You will not be disappointed. Not sure that we could have moved on with the purchase without him. Many salesman say they are working for you (the customer) when they are not. This was absolutely not the case here. Every email, every text, every everything was addressed so quickly. We chose to make the 90 minute trip based on how we were treated when we inquired on the car. The process was seamless and our experience was flawless. Ovens truly took the worry and stress out of this process. Campus is nice, yes. So are a lot of dealerships. The other dealers don’t have Matthew. That is the difference! A++ satisfied customers. He has earned our loyalty.
