Kelby at Firestone is absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, Kelby was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me—not upselling me. He took the time to clearly explain the tires my vehicle needed, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was efficient, honest, and done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Kelby does exactly that. With all repair shops for our automobiles you have to allow for issues to come up whenever your car is being serviced. But I am happy to say that my experience today was one of the best when it came to getting tires for any of my vehicles. I have a large 15 passenger van which this location can handle. They happily scheduled my new tire install 2 days ago and got me in and out in an hour and 45 minutes which is probably a record. Kelby Salazar, the store manager, came in on his off day to help out and was able to fix an issue with a commercial account saving me over a $100 on my new tires. They did a inspection as well and let me know my air cleaner was needing replacement soon and the front end alignment is slight out. Both of which I can do myself and another shop does the front-end alignment for my van since most shops can't handle the larger wheelbase. But the fact that they checked, for free no less, is a big plus in my book and I plan on scheduling a front-end alignment with my alignment shop next week. I want to give a thumbs up to Riley as well who was working his rear-end off to make sure all the customers (there were 3 of us of in the waiting area) where updated on our vehicles. Overall, this was one of the best experience I have had at a auto repair service center or shop and I 100% recommend Firestone in Pickerington, Ohio for all your automotive needs. 5 out of 5 stars.

Kelby was amazing! My oil light came on and he took the time to check everything and add the oil properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and doing things the right way.
