Travelling through Ponca city visiting a family grave my husband, 5 year old son, and I had a tire pop on our way through Blackwell and didn't have a jack. I called Blackwell and was quoted $250 and an hour or so wait. Brian showed up in 15 minutes on his way through. He had us fixed up and the tire changed and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. We were charged under the quoted price., Overall great service and more than fair prices. Made a hard day and situation a little bit better with affordable, quick, and professional service.

The owner of this company is a retired firefighter and couldn’t be a more helpful guy. If you’re ever stranded anywhere near Blackwell, like I was, I highly recommend you make this company your first call. He took good care of me and my vehicle.

We were on our way to Texas. About 4 hours from home our transmission started acting up. We were able to make it to exit 4 in South Haven KS. We called roadside assistance thru our insurance company and got no response. We called several tow companies in the area but they refused to give a family of 4 a ride.  We were actually parked in Stricklands lot and she said it would be 4 hours before she had a truck that could take us back to Wichita. Ok, we wait 4 hours. 4 hours come and go. I call to make sure she's still tracking that we're waiting. She says, oh it's going to be another few hours. Ok, I have 2 young children in the car, it's hot, we hadn't eaten since that morning, and we're in the middle of nowhere. I started calling companies again. Thought we would try a company out of OK. I didn't know how close we were to OK.  I called Blackwell towing. This man was an angel sent from the Heavens above!! He didn't hesitate. Oh how I wished we'd called earlier!! Levi came to our rescue immediately. He came with a flatbed trailer and a truck big enough for all of us! My husband and him talked the whole way and he made my kids laugh. Sorry Levi, Jordyn kept riding you about missing your turn? She's 6 and was done being in a car at that point. Out of everyone we had dealt with in the Wellington, South Haven, and Wichita areas, Levi and his dad made our nightmare so much better!! They were genuinely good people. The very best kind to ever cross paths with. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts❤❤❤ P.S. we left home at 9am on Thursday. We are pulling up in front of our home as I finish this post at 430pm on Friday.
