Are car broke down 10 min into a 15hr ride home. We called around and found a autoparts store uptown and they told us to go to Poskeys auto repair. We drove down the road 4 miles and got to the shop. I told them I was from out of state trying to get home and my car started to act up. Check engine light on. They got it in worked on it 4.5hrs got me back on the road. Had a bad coil pack. They took us to town drop us off so we could have lunch while we were waiting then picked us back up took us to the shop. Car was ready. Great people! Great place! Nice friendly people. Next time thru just going to stop by and thank them again.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! The owner is the RUDEST business owner I have ever encountered!! If you get in a wreck in Stroud,ok or surrounding tell the police to call anyone else! I cannot stress enough how condescending and rude this man is! The ONLY and I mean ONLY person deserving of any praise is his sweet wife. I would recommend only speaking with her if you have the misfortune of having to deal with this business.

All I can say is, I’m surprised he’s still in business… because I know it’s not return customers. One thing I can say is the owner maybe the rudest individual ever…and not to mention the customer service was horrible. It’s bad enough that I feel guilty even giving him one star. My recommendation if you need a tow service in the Stroud area is to walk 100 miles in any direction to stay away from them.
