This was my second time using Claremore Tire and Repair, and they have earned a customer for life. My first visit was for new tires and an alignment—the pricing was the most competitive I found in the area. I went back today for a flat tire and an issue with my tire pressure sensor. Not only did they give me a great deal on the sensor fix, but the level of professionalism from the mechanics and the front-office staff was outstanding. What really impressed me was the attention to detail: I had been driving on my spare, so my flat tire and jack were loose in the trunk. Most shops just toss the flat and the tools on top of the trunk liner and call it a day. These guys actually took the time to put the spare, the jack, and all the tools back into their original factory storage under the tarp. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a shop go that extra mile. Fast, honest, and they actually care about the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

I brought my car here a couple of weeks ago and they removed a screw at no charge. It took maybe 15-30 minutes, not too sure because I read while I wait. Then I brought my car back for an oil change. It was around 37$, done in about 45 minutes and they let me know that I need to get new tires in the upcoming spring. I love how pleasant they are and the text messages. I always sit in the lobby and read, they are constantly busy and handling customers. They have a TV with crowd pleasing shows and a vending machine with snacks/ sodas/ energy drinks/ and water. Overall, I have been pleased and they are clearly reasonably priced. I will check back in after tires and alignment services! Thank you guys for your professionalism and transparency. It lacks in today’s times and it’s refreshing, feels like stepping back in time which I genuinely enjoy.

Walked into a smile! Good morning, he said, how can we help you? Great experience. Did not take long for service. I recommended them to my girlfriends. They like to take care of ladies even minorities. I have had ugly experiences with auto repair men. Here, everyone is treated with respect ? I thank the Lord for good men like those.
