I'd give them no stars, but that wasn't an option. These people picked up 3 huge stainless steel tanks, and never gave our company a penny. After speaking with them, they really didn't care about making the deal right. I said I would call BBB, and they said go right ahead. If looking for a scrap yard, go to Better Business Bureau, and only pick their accredited companies. A&M are crooks and liars.

Called them to get a quote, they sarcastically said a price and at the end told me they don't accept that scrap. Don't know how they're still open and call themselves a "business"; wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
