I had taken 1 of my cars there for inspection around 6 months ago. It failed. Which I knew I had a few little problems. They wanted to charge me some outrageous price so I fixed it myself and took it back. Then more recently I took my 2019 car, which I almost never drive. It had around 5,000 miles on it. I was told I'd need brakes, rotors, and wipers...$475. I then took my car back. Ordered everything online. When it arrived I pulled my wheel only to find out everything was fine. Didn't even need wipers. I made an appointment at another shop. It passed without a problem. I don't trust them. Will not ever go back there

Never again will I patronize Crafton Servicenter. Called before COVID to have my mother's tire repaired. Quoted me a fair price. Of course, the world turned upside down. Called back today to see when a good time was and the guy said "we don't do that". I thought maybe I called the wrong service place. I verified that I didn't... I called back because I was confused. I asked to verify what shop they are... if they were the one I spoke to before. I asked "when did you STOP doing tire repairs then, because you quoted me in March a price..." The response was a very gruff and rude "I'm under a car right now and I've had 7 calls in the past ten minutes! <unintelligible continued complaining". I promised to tell everyone how rude he was, and what transpired. I will never give my hard-earned money to someone who thinks it's okay to treat customers like that. For ANY reason. I keep my promises.

First time using this shop. Labor rate is about what I expected. I had a medium-sized repair that I provided parts for. They got me in quick and turned it around with little to no fuss. There was one minor diagnostic miss but that was totally my fault. I'm happy and think this could be my go-to garage for the area.
