Update: Since sharing my initial experience, Dylan from corporate reached out to me directly. He was incredibly understanding and made it clear that he genuinely wanted to address our concerns regarding the inspection and the lack of communication. We had a productive conversation and ultimately came to an acceptable outcome that resolved the issue. I’m happy with how this was handled; it’s refreshing to see a company take accountability and prioritize customer satisfaction after the fact. Original: The initial purchase process was smooth and the salesperson was friendly and patient with our questions. However, the experience soured immediately after the papers were signed. The car we purchased had out-of-state (NJ) inspection stickers. Since we bought it on a Saturday and their service center was closed, no one mentioned this until I caught it myself. When I called back to ask if my 70-year-old father could have it inspected locally to avoid a 2-hour round trip, the salesperson promised to check with his manager and call me back. I never received that call. While it was only a $75 expense, the lack of follow-up was disrespectful. It felt like once they had our money, customer service was no longer a priority. We ended up paying out of pocket for the inspection. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer if you value post-sale support or basic communication.

I recently traded in our car at Auto Lenders Fairless Hills and I have to say the experience was exceptional. We got our 1st car from them in 2020 and have been dealing with their service center since then. They have been always professional and trustworthy. I’m a very picky buyer who spends a lot of time researching and asking countless questions before making any purchase, but the salesperson I dealt with "Rob" was truly outstanding. Rob was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to answer every single one of my (many!) questions and requests with honesty and detail, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He clearly cared more that we are happy and confident with our decision than just closing a deal. We reached a fair, win-win deal, and I left completely satisfied.
