I am car dealer in Shippenville Pennsylvania. And i bought a 2015 Buick Encore. It was a nice run and drive car.. one of the employees drove it here to my shop and blow the Head gaskit. And now Adesa mercer isn't taking care of it... very bad ? service. There management is very poor ?

Nice big open lot that you can move around in and get hooked up without a huge hassle. Nice that they have 24 hour days but only 1 guy there when I got there and poor guy couldn't find the paperwork he needed due to other employees not doing what they're supposed to do. Other than the slight delay on the paperwork it was an good experience overall.

First time there bought 5 cars 2 were green light cars upon delivery found bad transmission in one of them and they wouldn’t honor the Arbitration. Very disappointing!
