Had my tire replaced from start of call to Firestone to end of payment I was really happy lady at desk was great and knowledgeable.To a really great manager he was great with input on what to buy honest with price. I did my inspection here few weeks ago but the technician who did my inspection he didn't clean the windshield and put the new stickers over the old glue and leaves the residues on my dash and it looks horrible. This is no professional. Firestone you better get professional technicians.
