Every month I contact Waste Management due to my neighbors dumpster being placed literally inches in front of my dumpster on my property and each month my request to have said neighbors dumpster moved is denied. Also I must make mention that I have received on numerous occasions "overage charges" for a dumpster that is not mine. Each month for 6+ months I had to call and have charges reversed, the following month the same. Considering Waste Management? Think again. Weigh your options. If they are your only option consider going green, buying a goat, burying your own waste, haul it away, send it to the moon... save your sanity, time and money.

How are they waste management when they are waste themselves? Trash company, in more ways than one. Their customer service is embarrassingly bad. Go with Berger's Sanitation Services instead of these clowns.
