I love having the dumpster at my house. My driver is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He is courteous always on time and he always puts my dumpster back exactly where I needed to be in order for it to be on the cameras to make sure nobody is messing with the container, I truly do love waste management service. I just do not like the $9.95 Convenience fee that was just added a few months ago for paying your bill online which is the only way I know to pay my bill. Besides that I love everything about having my dumpster through waste management at my house!

Terrible customer service. I am continually being billed for service that I am not receiving. Getting ahold of an actual person on the phone is annoyingly difficult. And I was just informed of a new charge. When I put my trash pickup on a vacation hold they will now charge me $55 to resume service. That means I have to pay them $55 to not pick up my trash! Really disappointing.

They haven’t picked up my garbage and I understand, but you can’t even call them to find out what’s going on when the animals get in my garbage I’m making them pick it up. I took my garbage out late Monday night for Tuesday morning pick up if I knew it was gonna sit out there for three days. I could’ve sat it out there over the weekend.
