John at Chalfont Collision is our hero! After a deer collision with our car that was not our fault, our insurance company refused to pay for any repairs - claiming that a deer couldn’t have caused the damage. (There was even deer hair stuck in one of the dents!) We felt stunned and powerless. John saw my post about the situation on a community Facebook and messaged “Call me.” We took our car back from the first collision company ( who were zero help) and brought it to John at Chalfont Collision. John became our advocate and worked tirelessly to get the insurance company to reverse their decision. He was successful and got the insurance to pay for everything! Chalfont Collision went on to do a superb job repairing the dents on the car and repainting the damage. They are the best … and John is our hero!

We brought our car here after accidentally getting snow shovel scratches on the hood, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. JT was incredibly helpful and kind on the phone, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was able to get us in that same afternoon. After receiving the quote, we drove the car home and they even picked it up directly from our house, which was such a relief and went above and beyond. When we got the car back, the hood looked absolutely brand new. You would never know there had been any damage.
