My experience at Nh Ford Service was very positive. I think what impressed me most was the communication by my service advisor. He took the time to listen and answered all my questions. He made sure there were no surprises and provided me with a worse case scenario estimate. Thankfully it came in far below that but I realize that can’t always be the case. I felt as if they were very up front with me throughout the entire process and were genuinely interested in providing excellent service.
