We were told to bring it down on Friday didn't need appointment. Then told rudely when we got there on Friday that wasn't possible. So made appointment. Was told they would no longer provide pickup service which we were told when we bought the car they would. We picked up our car after hours. The keys were supposed to be above the visor. They were laying in plain sight on the seat. And when we checked the old inspection sticker that was scraped off was thrown on the floor of our car and the scraps were on the dash and probably down inside the vent. We were very unhappy with how we were treated and the service.
