I asked them to pick up my car and on the phone the offered me $425. When the driver got here, he's trying to tell me that the catalytic converter is it the one that came on the car. So he offered me $200 for it. I told him to get the hell out of here. Do not do business with these people. They're trying to rip you off. They're always going to come and make some kind of excuse not to give you what you were quoted on the phone. I'm going to make a complaint with a better Business bureau and bureau of consumer affairs.
