Buying my first vehicle here was a really smooth and pleasant experience. The staff worked with me every step of the way, kept me informed, they were patient and kind when I changed my mind to a different vehicle they had on the lot and made the whole process VERY easy. A couple days after I purchased the car my check engine light came on, but they got me in right away and took care of the issue for free and with no hassle! I was very happy with my recent vehicle purchase from Smith’s. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. There was a radio issue with the car and they fixed it free of charge even though I didn’t purchase a warranty and signed an “as is” purchase agreement. I feel there is usually a negative stipulation towards used car dealerships but I certainly didn’t experience this with Smith’s. Very professional and friendly staff. I definitely would buy another car from them and would certainly recommend them!
