Have you ever had to drive home in an ice storm while only being able to use the defrost feature to see? We did! Why? We took our car here for service prior to an ice storm, the technician failed to 1. Hook the hose back up to the wiper fluid and 2. Forgot to replace the fasteners on each end of the plastic trim below the wipers. What does this mean? This means that there is no windshield washer fluid and also your wipers will flop around (could not use at all)while again during an ice storm on Interstate 80 to Snow Shoe. Also to be mentioned, this appt was to correct another previous issue ( oil leaking after an oil change). The customer service team is always friendly and helpful, the techs need more training. came back to edit this review, took the car on December 4 for an oil change, took it back because it was leaking oil, which was supposed to be fixed. UPDATE: the oil is still leaking. All photos attached below
