Customer Service was good during our experience there. The ladies we worked with were kind and patient when the digital fingerprints were not picking up correctly. The screen on the machine was extremely scratched up and it’s been over 4 weeks and my husband and I still have not received our results. When I called in, the gentleman just said I should come get them done again because they can’t do anything about it. Looking into the site more, delays can be caused by poor fingerprints. We plan to go somewhere else just because of the machine.

Awesome customer service but PLEASE replace the fingerprint screen. It's full of scratches making the fingerprints less accurate.

I needed a replacement copy of my PA vehicle registration form, and Taylor's was welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind in assisting me. Very helpful!
