An exceptional job was done on my vehicle by Betts Brothers I had $10,000 worth of damage from an accident which created quite a bit of damage under the car I was pleased with the way the car is it drives perfectly the paint's perfectly they cleaned it up I would highly recommend Betts Brothers for anybody that has the need to get body work done thank you

I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to their shop. We hit a deer with our car and it was towed to their shop for repairs. The first time they told us the car would be finished we called to see what time they would be ready and they told us they had snapped something trying to remove a part during repairs. They told us "these parts always break" however it was not included in the original estimate and the replacement was not ordered with the original parts shipment...we had to wait another week while they ordered the part to be shipped with standard shipping. Once they got that part they told us our car was finished and we picked it up. Less than a week later I was pulled over because our car had no taillights and I was driving at night not knowing I had no taillights. Upon inspection at home we found out that the marker lights also had no power to them. While getting that issue fixed for warranty the owner of the shop told me "my scan when your car came in says that fuse was already blown when the car got here." Stating he already knew it wasn't working and they gave it back to us knowing and acting like it wasn't part of the repairs that they were responsible for fixing when the car was dropped off to them. They were extremely rude when I brought my concerns to them before we picked the car up for the 2nd time. When we mentioned this happening at church another person said they have had similar problems with the work that was done on their car in the past. I recommend taking your car to a different shop if you are seeking quality repairs.

Didn't have work done there, but a very good friend did. She said they were great, efficient, very friendly, and customer oriented. Decent pricing also.
