I spent several days stranded at West Kittanning Auto Center after they identified a leaking clutch pipe. The experience was a disaster from start to finish: • Incompetence: They ordered the wrong part twice. Because they couldn't get the right part, they "rigged" a solution by cutting my original pipe and the incorrect part, then joining them with a rubber hose. • Safety Hazard: This "fix" was incredibly dangerous. I barely made it home, and the very next day, the hose blew out at a red light, leaving me stranded in traffic and having to be pushed out of the street. • Price Gouging: Despite the part costing $30 and the actual labor taking 5 minutes, they tried to charge me $320. They attempted to bill me for their own mistake of ordering the wrong parts multiple times. • Unprofessionalism: I was transparent about my situation—staying in my car during a winter storm—and when I challenged the absurd $320 bill for a makeshift repair that ultimately failed, the owner became aggressive and threatened to call the police. If you value your safety and your wallet, go elsewhere. They do not have the parts, the expertise, or the ethics to be in business.

They are great. I called after reading another review when i had a check engine light come on. They got me in immediately same day i called. Got car running like new and changed my oil too. Can't say enough how grateful i was they got me in and out so fast. They also got me in for my inspection the next day. I live like a min away and never knew they existed. But glad i found them. Will be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks so much for taking care of my car! And having such great service.

Excellent mechanic! He actually listens to you and helped me resolve an issue with my truck that other mechanics had been stumped with. I appreciate the personal interaction and reasonable prices. Good mechanics are starting to be difficult to find these days, but i will definitely be returning to this garage!
