I had a disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my 2013 Honda CR-V in for an exhaust leak that was relatively small. The mechanic replaced the exhaust flange gasket and bolts. After the repair, the car actually became louder and started vibrating at certain speeds, which was not happening before. When I asked the mechanic to show me exactly where the new leak was coming from, he refused to show me and insisted that I needed to replace the top catalytic converter. I was uncomfortable approving such an expensive repair without seeing clear evidence of the problem. When I later called to ask about the vibration and loss of power that started right after the repair, the mechanic was dismissive and hung up on me. I expected better communication and transparency. I paid for the work that was done, but the overall experience left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving major repairs here.
