The team were great! Easy check-in process, communicated well and loved the two extra benefits: you receive a video of the progress of your car and they show you where things may need replacing at some point and they can give you a ride to and from your house if you’re in a pickle for getting a ride. Huge win! I’ll be back!!

What started at a tire store to repair a nail hole turned into new tie rods, rocker arm and ball joints. That’s how fast $12 turns into $1,800+. But Dave and the guys at J&S were open and communicative throughout the entire process and still got all of the necessary parts and repairs done in the same day. Their videos showing me exactly what needed replacing and why (without me having to come in to the shop) were both informative and time saving. Just a great experience all around (if having to put $1,800 into your car can be described as a great experience). Will definitely go back again as the need arises and tell all my friends to do the same.
